Sugar and alcohol are bad for our immune systems and guts. They can also make it hard for us to sleep, which is terrible for our health. Just limit how much you eat and eat less when you can.

4. Regularly Exercise.

Moving your body can help you sweat toxins and keep your lungs healthy. Exercise improves your circulation, which helps your cells and immune system substances move around your body and do their jobs. Yoga, pilates, power walking, running, lifting weights, spinning, etc., are great exercises. There are many possibilities. Do something daily to get your heart and blood pumping.

5. Take Vitamin C.

Vitamin C has been shown repeatedly to help your health and immune system. It’s best to take a vitamin C supplement when you feel weak, but it’s OK to get vitamin C from whole foods when you’re just going about your daily life. Oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and even pineapple are all excellent sources of vitamin C.

6.  Eat Healthy Foods.

Take in a wide range of foods, including fresh produce, beans, nuts, and whole grains. Adults should consume at least five portions (or 400 grammes) of produce daily. Try including vegetables with every meal to increase your fruit and vegetable intake. You can eat more fruits and vegetables if you eat them with meals, snacks, and when in season. Eating well reduces your risk of malnutrition and NCDs like diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer.

8.  Drink Only Safe Water.

Unsafe water can cause waterborne diseases like cholera, diarrhoea, hepatitis A, typhoid, and polio. Many people around the world drink faeces-tainted water. Talk to your water supplier and where you fill your bottle to ensure it’s safe. Boil water if you don’t know where it comes from, as this kills water-harming organisms. Let it cool before drinking.

9. Check Your Measurements and Your Weight.

We know that the extra fat is bad for your health, so Keeping track of your weight every day or week will help you see if you’re losing or gaining weight. It is one of the good tips for staying fit and healthy.
